Voices Ablaze currently does not accept insurance, and all services need to be paid out-of-pocket. This allows me to dedicate more time to providing top-notch voice and speech therapy services and less time on the phone with insurance providers. It also gives us more flexibility with treatment planning to make sure that you are getting the services you need.
I know how expensive getting treatment for you or a loved one can be, so I am also very dedicated to making my services as accessible as possible. Here are our options!
Sliding Scale Services
All clients with Voices Ablaze qualify for sliding scale services. Before your first evaluation, you will need to provide me with information regarding your annual household income and how many people live in your household. Based on this information, you will be sorted into one of 6 tiers. All of your services will be exactly the same, no matter what tier you are in! I just strongly believe that everyone should be able to access the care they need, no matter their income level.

Super Bills
Some insurance plans will reimburse you for out-of-network services. If this applies to you, I can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance upon request. It is up to you to communicate with your insurance company about if our services would be covered, as well as what type of documentation is required for reimbursement.
Medicare
Because of current regulations, I am unable to work with clients who are on Medicare, unfortunately.
